Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Immaculate Pools website and our pool service offerings. By submitting a quote request or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. This page is written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, contact us directly using the information at the bottom of this page.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed once we've had the opportunity to assess your pool directly, either in person or through sufficiently detailed photos and information. Prices may be adjusted if the actual condition of the pool differs materially from what was described or shown.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We'll do our best to accommodate requested timeframes, but scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and existing route commitments. If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, we ask for as much advance notice as possible. Recurring maintenance customers may cancel their service arrangement at any time with reasonable notice.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool and related equipment for scheduled visits. We are not responsible for delays or missed visits caused by restricted access (locked gates, aggressive pets, obstructed pathways, etc.) that we were not made aware of in advance.
Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or equipment issues that existed prior to our service and were not caused by our work. Where possible, we'll flag pre-existing issues we notice so there's a clear record before we begin.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quote or service agreement. Accepted payment methods and due dates will be communicated directly and are not processed through this website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immaculate Pools' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes, including our blog content, and should not be treated as a substitute for a professional assessment of your specific pool. You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our business changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
